Holiday Hair

• Wash your hair and dry with your fingers.
• Separate your hair into 8 or 9 sections.
• Curl the ends using the largest wand on the curling tongs.
• Brush your hair with your head upside down.
• Back-brush the roots to create natural volume.
• Choose a skinny Alice band, preferably black with coordinating jewel detail.
• Position on your head so that it blends discreetly with your hair, without placing it directly behind your ears.

• Separate your hair into four sections. Take three sections, and pull into a ponytail, securing with an elastic.
• Hold the remaining section in place with a clip.
• Tip your head upside down.
• Back-brush the last section then wrap it around the elastic, keeping it in place with three small grips.
• Twist the ponytail around until it curls into a bun.
• Pull some hair from one side over the bun and secure in place with a pin or ideally, an accessory with a black-bow detail.
• The perfect French pleat.
