Have been a fan for 20+ years....to me best place to stay is in a private villa. There are a number of reputable agencies that can rent you a beautiful vill from 1 bedroon - to a fanatsy out of Architectural Digest! For food one place that is on yet under the radar is Taiwana. No sign or welcome mat - but food is great and people watching can be even better. Located on Flamand Beach - owner John Paul has been on island for many years and has best BBQ Chicken on the island! Try Eddy's Hideaway for Pizza and LaFayette is dreamy for lunch. Ahhhh St. Barths!
