You may not resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. You also agree to indemnify us for any loss, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.

11. Governed by Laws of the State of Texas

This Agreement and any claim or dispute relating to it will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and all obligations of this agreement are exclusively performed in Harris County, Texas. You agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or related in any way to this agreement shall be brought solely in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Harris County, Texas. And you wave any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such court.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful by law or regulation, existing or future, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.
